We manage the website for Budweiser Budvar, the Czech national brewery, and several times a year we develop campaign microsites promoting current limited edition beers.
Budweiser Budvar was one of the first big Czech brands to bet on Webflow and launch its main website on it. We took them on as a client in 2022.
We added the website immediately after the takeover with a beer dictionary and We continue to improve SEO and UX design and take care of the integration of external tools.
The next step for us was the transfer of the originally separate presentation of the Flying Brewer (Létající sládek in Czech) to part of the main site. Thus, we have accelerated and simplified the management and process of creating microsites for limited editions, which Budvar brews several times a year in collaboration with Czech mini breweries. In addition, we have added a map of his favorite breweries to the Flying Brewer.
Within the projects Flying Brewer and Together from Budvar (Společné z Budvaru in Czech) limited edition speciality beers are brewed, for which we create campaign microsites.
The Flying Brewer goes to one of the Czech microbreweries three times a year, where he brews a limited edition speciality beer with a local brewer. For Together from Budvar, on the other hand, once a year a Budweiser brewer invites another from a microbrewery and together they make one large batch.
Microsites promote the current limited editions in a visually attractive way and tell visitors more about how it was made, what it was made from and who is behind it.
Budweiser Budvar was the first client that we invited to ClickUp. It is a project management tool in which the Budvar team assigns tasks to us and finds out in a few clicks how far along we are with them.
We are always happy to meet clients, but when working on projects that have a bigger and complex structure, ClickUp makes communication easier, more accurate and faster for both the client and us. This saves money and time.
What are the benefits of using ClickUp for our clients?
The second useful tool we use with Budvar is MarkUp. It allows the client to leave feedback in specific places directly on the site.
MarkUp automatically creates screenshots, allows you to filter out feedback that has already been dealt with or notifies us of new comments.
Giving feedback is so simple and fast. The client does not need to describe a specific place on the site in a complicated way, but just clicks on it, leaves us a message and we work on the request.
Training to work with the tools cost a few hours, but for long-term cooperation in this scope, it definitely paid off for both parties.
Quite a bit. Learn how we developed for the Budvar Intranet and B2B eshop or built the beer & food festival brand Sláva pivu!
“For me, working with Semibold is a prime example of what a client-agency relationship should look like. The agency very quickly picked up on our needs and communication style. Everything goes very smoothly and the agency is very proactive and comes up with its own ideas and recommendations. In addition, one of the biggest advantages is great flexibility and friendly communication.“
