At Semibold, we use a variety of internal tools that simplify and clarify our work. However, there’s one tool that saves time and our clients' nerves as well.

Clickup interface

What is ClickUp?

ClickUp is an online tool for team organization and project management. Large and small companies use it to efficiently organize teamwork and keep track of who is doing what, how long it takes, or how much it costs. It works in a web browser, as a desktop program, or as an app on a smartphone.

ClickUp offers extensive customization options. We can configure it precisely for our shared projects so that it helps rather than becoming an obstacle. For instance, we make our work easier by using templates and automation settings for repetitive tasks.

Why Do We Use Project Management Tools with You?

  • We are efficient – by saving our time, we save you money. And we save your time as well.
  • We communicate more clearly and simply – you don’t have to sift through endless email threads. Each task has its own place, deadline, and discussion. Nothing gets lost between the lines. In seconds, you know what we are working on.
  • We optimize our team – thanks to organized capacities, it is easy to set a deadline and reliably meet it.

With Whom and How Do We Already Use ClickUp?

We also collaborate in ClickUp with one of our largest clients, the national brewery Budweiser Budvar. We manage their main website and create microsites for limited edition beers. We now receive and handle tasks for website management almost exclusively through ClickUp.

Communication via ClickUp has also proven effective with the private clinic Health+, which we rebranded and developed a new website for. Especially when finalizing and fine-tuning the extensive website and redesigning the clinics, it was necessary to communicate many tasks simultaneously.

We also used it in collaboration with the platform Start Teaching! for its identity, campaigns, and print materials.

Task detail

[.c-quoteboxlight]Working in ClickUp honestly scared me at first. I thought it would be just another app that I would have to pay attention to. I didn’t believe it could ease, simplify, and streamline my work. But after the first week, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is intuitive, you have an overview of individual tasks, and you don’t have to search through email threads. And if such a skeptic of these tools like me learned it, I believe it will convince anyone.

Which Large Companies Rely on ClickUp?

ClickUp is used by corporations such as Netflix, Google or Airbnb

We Will Train You Well

To help you get familiar with ClickUp quickly and easily, we will organize a short workshop for you.

The person responsible for assigning tasks should attend the training. Ideally, we’d like to meet everyone who will comment on the outputs and track project progress.

Finally, we’ll send you a short cheat sheet summarizing what we discussed together, which will help you in case you get lost. So, no need to take notes.

[.c-quoteboxlight]ClickUp helped us a lot when we were dealing with many things at once during our cooperation with Semibold. The work with ClickUp is clear, intuitive, and we always find what we need. Email notifications are particularly useful for us.

Is ClickUp the Only Way?

Definitely not. If you’re interested in another app or suspect that our project together is too small to warrant using ClickUp, we won’t force you into anything. Feel free to call or email us.

However, a similar tool is essential if we want to keep a larger project under control, although it doesn’t necessarily have to be ClickUp if you are used to something else. It could be Basecamp, Asana, or Trello, all of which we also work with.

A crucial note to end on

ClickUp does not replace meetings, phone calls, and emails. It effectively complements them, just like other collaborative tools that we’ll be happy to introduce you to. You will likely also encounter Figma or MarkUp with us, and if we need to get our teams even closer, we’ll connect them directly via Slack.
