Another edition took place in mid-October 2024 Webflow conference, this time live in San Francisco and London (and also online). As every year, new platform features and strategies for the following period were introduced.
As well as last year We present a summary of all the key innovations that will affect the work of designers, developers and marketing teams in 2025.
Page Building
Previously, website editors were relegated to working closely with designers and developers. Page Building this changes the process and so many more options pass into the hands of editors. Webflow now enables fast site creation using pre-made components from designers, allowing marketing teams to independently and intuitively create pages for campaigns, events or newly launched products — all without worrying about disrupting the overall design of the site.
Website Experience Platform (WXP)
This year marks a major milestone: Webflow moves from a website builder to a comprehensive web experience management platform - Website Experience Platform (WXP). Its goal is to offer users everything they need to make the site work successfully in one place: from page creation and content management, to performance analytics and personalization for users. All this without the need to use external tools.
For businesses, this means more flexibility — clients, marketers and other team members can easily edit content and track data directly on the platform.
Analyze & Optimize
At the Webflow conference, Webflow presented two new products — Webflow Analyze and Webflow Optimize. In the case of Analyze, it is essentially an alternative to Google Analytics — measuring and evaluating the behavior of visitors on the site. Optimize is a tool that allows native A/B testing and personalization of content.
Webflow Analyze
Webflow Analyze is an analytical tool that offers a detailed overview of the behavior of visitors on the site. It offers clear visualizations, traffic maps and tracks user interactions. The big plus is that the data stays within Webflow, which ensures greater privacy protection.
Compared to robust analytics tools such as Google Analytics, the main advantage of Webflow Analyze is a clear and intuitive user experience and a high degree of automation. You have everything set up in one click and you don't have to manually edit or code anything else. So Webflow Analyze is a great option for those looking for a quick overview of the performance of their website without the need for deep technical knowledge. If, on the other hand, you need detailed analysis or cross-channel monitoring, other tools may be more appropriate.
Analyze can be purchased as an add-on to Webflow hosting plans and its prize. Depending on the number of visitors to your website, it ranges from $29 to $229 (or more) per month — approximately $700-5500 per month.
Webflow Optimize
While Webflow Analyze summarizes and visualizes your data, Webflow Optimize It helps to use them. This marketing solution allows you to perform A/B testing and personalize content for site visitors. This makes it easy to test different content variants and edit them quickly to maximize ROI. For example, you can test different versions of buttons or change the distinctive visuals in the start section depending on whether you're targeting new or existing customers.
The great novelty is the function AI Optimized, which, based on data, dynamically modifies the content of the site for each user, increasing the chances of conversions.
You also pay extra for this product, the price ranges from $299 per month (roughly CZK 7200), so it pays more for larger projects.

AI Assistant
It's no surprise that Webflow also applies artificial intelligence to its products. Theirs AI tool Currently, it serves as a quick technical support for site development and thanks to the ability to generate content tailored to your site, it will be appreciated by designers and copywriters alike. In addition to text content, the new AI assistant can generate whole new sections — such as navigation, price lists or references — that visually fit into your website in no time.
For now, you can try content generation at no additional cost, and in the future it will probably be a paid add-on as well.

Pricing
Taking into account all the announced changes, Webflow proceeded to introduce New Tariffs that should better meet the needs of different types of users. Individual plans will no longer be limited in number of users and will include three types of approaches that are tailored to specific team roles:
- Full access (Full seat): Ideal for designers and developers who need complete control over the site. This approach allows not only the design and editing of the design, but also the management of advanced site settings.
- Limited access (Limited seat): Great for marketers and copywriters who work with content. They can easily edit texts, change images and create new pages using ready-made components, without interfering with more complex technical settings.
- Free access (Free seat): Best suited for clients or external collaborators who need to preview the site and who just need to be able to comment on proposals without the possibility of direct editing.
In addition, Webflow has updated its Workspace and Site plans. Workspace Plans (Core, Growth, Freelancer, and Agency) now allow you to work with up to 300 static pages on the upcoming site (previously 150) and include new features such as 301 redirects or the next level of security (SSA). Site Plans (Basic, CMS, and Business) offer unlimited form submission, and Business plan support for familiar file formats such as TXT or JSON.
New for Freelancer and Agency Workspace plans is Client Seat. It is a free access designed directly for clients that allows you to edit content and view analytics data on specific pages — so clients may not have access to the entire Workspace, but only to their specific site. This feature should be available in the first half of this year.
[.c-tipboxlight] The new fares should be launched during February. However, if you want to keep existing prices for the whole of next year, just switch to an annual plan by January 29. [.c-tipboxlight]
But it doesn't stop there...
